I’ve registered for Inkjet Insider at thINK Ahead 2024! Now what?

Can I bring my spouse/companion?

Your spouse/companion is welcome to join you at thINK Ahead 2024 for all evening entertainment! Please note that their airfare is not covered.

What airport should I fly into?

Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Miami (MIA) or Palm Beach International (PBI).

When should I plan to arrive?

Plan to arrive at The Boca Raton by 5:00 PM ET on Sunday, July 14, as the Inkjet Insider reception begins at 6:30 PM ET.

When should I depart?

thINK Ahead 2024 will end on Wednesday, July 17 at 11:00 AM ET. Please book your departing flight at 1:00 PM ET or later to allow travel time to the airport.

What should I pack? What's the attire?

Attire is beach casual! We encourage you to dress comfortably for both the conference and evening events. We suggest shorts, polos, or casual dresses and comfortable shoes. Also, pack to participate in the morning health and wellness activities including fun run, pickleball and yoga. The weather in Boca Raton, FL in July is hot and sunny, with an average high of 90°F and an average low of 78°F.

Will there be transportation to pick me up at the airport?

Inkjet Insider attendees are responsible for their own ground transportation. The average Uber/Lyft to or from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) or Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is about 25 miles from your destination:

Is parking available at The Boca Raton?

If you choose to drive to the hotel, please plan for parking costs. Day parking is $28 per day and night parking is $46 per day.

Is hotel lodging covered?

Complimentary lodging is covered by thINK for July 14-July 17. If you choose to extend your stay, the hotel will bill your card at a rate of $368/night plus tax and resort fees.

Do I need to pre-register for sessions?

There is no need to pre-register for sessions. That said, while at thINK Ahead 2024 you will have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of educational sessions, so be sure to view the conference agenda at thINKForum.com/agenda to thoughtfully plan your learning. Also, make sure to download the thINK Connect App in the App Store or Google Play.

What if I have to change my flight?

If you need to change your flight, you can either email innovatisevents@its.com or call 214-306-7252 or 844-846-6798. 

What if I must cancel?

Please email thINKAhead@thINKForum.com or call 615-720-7788 to cancel on or before July 5, 2024. No-shows or cancellations after July 5, 2024, will be subject to cancellation policy of The Boca Raton if you requested to extend your stay during the registration process.

What’s the first thing I should do when I arrive?

Check in at the front desk and ask then get ready to join the Welcome Reception/Happy Hour at the MB Supper Club at 6:30 PM. You can pick up your conference badge and other conference materials on Monday morning at the thINK Ahead registration desk in the Mizner center before boarding the 8:15 AM shuttle to the Canon Americas Innovation Center. 

What if I want more time to see a press at the Canon Americas Innovation Center (CIC) after my full tour on Monday, July 15?

Please stop by the thINK Ahead Registration desk and we can help you get scheduled for the 12:30 PM CIC demo on Wednesday, July 17.
